Loss of self makes it possible to regard any artifacts of time (history, progress, causality, etc) as incidental and the immediate experience as precious. Loss of self eliminates the need for worrying, over-analyzing or striving to accomplish anything. It creates the space for activities to arise (like writing this comment from out of nowhere). Thanks for the link.
