Fear of being touched by another. Fear of letting them in and sharing my immediate experience with them. Fear of contact. It only feels safe to share my experience during the monologue, when no one can interrupt! And when it is time to have interaction, I lose touch with myself because of this fear. Which sucks and makes me hate everyone. I just saw this on the weekend, so your post is very timely. Thank you.
