		<description>Hi Paddy - that&#039;s when getting present and into our bellies really helps. Instead of getting &quot;hooked&quot; into the drama of the self-images we can see them for what they are and deal with them in a real way.

I often feel this sense of falseness when people quickly reiterate, &quot;It&#039;s all good!&quot; or &quot;It is what it is!&quot; when something isn&#039;t working out or they&#039;re actually disappointed...as though touching into the disappointment will make it worse or reveal more vulnerability. 

In some situations, I feel a little uneasy when I don&#039;t smile or acknowledge when someone is attempting to feed me narcissistic supplies. And then I get to look at the subtle ways I attempt to get these supplies when I&#039;m feeling insecure and identified with ego deficiency.  

I find myself not wanting to be in many group situations because the self images are rampant and harder for me to feel connected. Is that when &quot;it is what it is!&quot; comes in handy??</description>
